CERTIFICATE III HOSPITALITY TRAINEESHIP – OLLIES BISTRO

During the Hospitality Traineeship, you will be working full time 38 hours per week while studying a Certificate III in Hospitality.

You would be gaining experience in the workplace with one of our host employers. Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Use hygienic practices for hospitality service

• Participate in safe food handling practices

• Prepare and present simple dishes

• Clean kitchen premises and equipment including tables for service

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Front-of-house service

• How to make a variety of different styles of hot and cold drinks

• Operate the cash register and EFTPOS Terminal

• Any other tasks requested by the host employer

Applicants will ideally meet the following criteria:

• Must have great presentation and communication skills.

• Must be motivated to learn & work as part of a team.
